CS Students - On Graduation Day:

    1. Please arrive at your graduation location at least 30 minutes early if possible.
    2. Check in at the desk when arriving at your graduation location to pick up your name card. You will need this when you walk across the stage to hand to the Name Reader.
    3. Seats are not assigned, so you can sit anywhere in the designated student area.
    4. Faculty Marshals will be on hand to direct you or answer any questions you may have.
    5. Once the ceremony begins and it is time to process towards the stage, the Faculty Marshals will direct each row one at a time to stand up and walk in a line to the stage. When it is your turn to walk across the stage, you will hand your namecard to the Name Reader and stand at the mark facing the audience while your name is read and then, exit across the stage and return to your seat.

  • Ticket Information

    Degree Candidates:

As you and your families have been informed, attendance at the SEAS diploma ceremonies will be limited to six (6) guests for each graduate because of safety concerns and capacity limits enforced by the Fire Marshal at the various locations.  All guests will be required to present tickets to gain entry to the sites of the SEAS diploma ceremonies.  If there is extra space after those with tickets have been admitted, then guests without tickets will be welcome to enter the sites.  To collect your tickets, please come to the Undergraduate Office in A-122 Thornton Hall between April 22 and May 3, 2018 during the hours of 10 am - 4 pm.  You will need to bring some form of ID (student ID, driver's license, etc.) to pick up your tickets.

After May 3rd, your tickets can be picked up from your department.

Best wishes for the rest of the semester and on final exams.
