  • CIMMS (Connected Intersections Message Monitoring System Requirements & Prototype Development)

    A Project Panel meets monthly to discuss and analyze collaborative testing to design an open-source solution to continually monitor the validity and timeliness of Infrastructure Owner Operators (IOO) generated messages in accordance with the Institute of Transportation Engineers (ITE) Connected Intersections (CI) Guidance using available Connected Vehicle (CV) messages.
