  • CEE 5000: Management Large-Scale Construction Projects

    What will you learn?

    This course focuses on the “Project lifecycle” process from the initial conception phase through the completion phase. Specifically, students will be introduced with important concepts related to: Project Management, Estimating, Scheduling, and Productivity Analysis of Construction Projects.

  • CEE 5500: Construction Scheduling

    What will you learn?

    This course focuses on techniques used to plan, schedule, and control construction projects. The course covers the theory behind the scheduling and control techniques used in the construction industry such as: Critical Path Method, Precedence Diagrams, Resource Scheduling, and Earned Value Analysis.
