You can only schedule study rooms the day of, and not in advance. To reserve a room, use the Crestron Scheduling Panel located outside the room beside the door. Please note that sitting in a room that has an “Available” status on the control panel or doesn’t seem to be occupied does not guarantee you the use of the room, you must reserve the room in order to guarantee your use.

Study Room Policy
No food or drinks are allowed without prior approval.
The person reserving the room will be responsible for the room and its contents and will be held responsible for clean-up of the room before leaving, i.e. make sure any unplugged device is re-plugged, trash removal, removal of meeting materials, return of chairs and tables to their original position, the whiteboard left clear, etc.
Downloading and installing software is not allowed and any information saved to the computers will be deleted.
Turn off the lights before exiting the room.
Room use after 7:00 p.m. or on weekends will require you to have a UVA ID card to get into Olsson Hall after hours.
Rooms are not available for student reservations during home football games because Rice, Olsson and MEC buildings are used as safety zones.
If your meeting is canceled, please cancel your reservation so that the room is free for others who might like to use it.
Do not remove or add chairs to any of the rooms or spaces.
Face masks must be worn if more than one person is occupying a room.
Please leave spaces in the same condition they were in before you entered.
