Link Lab Student Seminar
Sponsored By: Leidos
The Link Lab Graduate Student Seminar provides a prestigious honor and award for a PhD student to showcase the highest quality research happening at Link Lab conveying impact and relevance in the CPS field. This seminar is for PhD candidates with a well-formed thesis that have conducted significant research and have begun writing.
The seminar is designed with several goals in mind. Providing everyone a chance to interact outside of the regular research groups as well as with our Link Lab partners to learn more about the various work in the Lab. It offers a PhD student a golden open forum to discuss their research amongst Link Lab colleagues and find interesting intersections to drive learning and collaboration, the overarching goals of Link Lab. As a result, graduate students in their early years have a chance to become more familiar with the potential areas of study. The most important goal of this hallmark seminar is to honor and award a PhD student.
The seminar is intended for all Link Lab and its partners in an attempt to foster discussion. Most talks last approximately 30 minutes, which leaves sufficient time for comments and questions afterward.
