Feedback on your work is a critical part of academia, engineering and science. In this workshop you will gain understanding of your awareness of issues in your work and how this affects the type of feedback that will help and how you can better use the feedback you are given. We will discuss asking for and directing feedback, what types of feedback you might ask for at different stages of your work, and the variety of sources you might get feedback from. If time allows we may touch on giving feedback as well. This work shop focus most on feedback for writing, presentations and posters but principals can be applied to other areas as well.
