Presenters: Natalie Thompson & Keira Mahoney

About the presenters: Keira Mahoney is a Graduate Writing Lab consultant and a doctoral candidate in bio-analytical chemistry researching immunotherapeutic targets for cancers and viruses. She works with many students to clearly communicate their research to an audience through publications and presentations.

Natalie Thompson is a writing consultant in the Graduate Writing Lab and a doctoral candidate in the English department. In addition to years of experience teaching and tutoring writing, Natalie spent a year teaching English as a foreign language in Valenciennes, France.

 

 

Note: A more in-depth two part workshop is also offered as part of the ESL grad writing camp in January for those that would like more step by step practice.
