The following events are free and open to the public:

THURSDAY, APRIL 26

4-6 p.m. - Student Technology Project Fair, Rice Hall Davis Commons (Students: RSVP here to share your project during the project fair.)

6 p.m. - Pike Engineering Entrepreneurship Fellows Program Kick Off, Rice Hall Room 130

  • Welcome by Maite Brandt-Pearce, Executive Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering
  • Introduction by Eric Pike, Chairman and CEO, Pike Corporation
  • Keynote address and Q&A with John Nisi, a 1998 graduate of the Systems and Information Engineering Department and Chief Technology Officer for Data and Artificial Intelligence at Microsoft
  • Remarks by W. Bernard Carlson, chair of the Engineering & Society Department and director of Engineering Business Programs
  • Announcement of Student Technology Project Fair winners

FRIDAY, APRIL 27

8:30 a.m. - Pike Technology Showcase, Link Lab for Cyber-Physical Systems, Olsson Hall Second Floor

  • Introduction by Maite Brandt-Pearce, Executive Associate Dean for Academic Affairs and Professor of Electrical and Computer Engineering
