Grad students, faculty, postdocs, and many others have to balance substantial amounts of writing alongside research, other work, and additional aspects of life. In this round table, we will focus on how people approach getting that writing done. Panelists will share the strategies, practices, and tools that have helped them to fit writing into their multifacetted roles. In this combination panel/roundtable, in addition to hearing from our panelists, attendees will be encouraged to engage in discussion, ask questions and share their own experiences with what has helped them. Questions for panelists and to help guide the discussion can be submitted via the registration form.

Panelists:

  • Andrew Jones, postdoc, ECE
  • Geoff Geise, faculty, CHE
  • Kristen Naegle, faculty, BME
  • Matthew Korban, postdoc, ECE
  • Rob Kelly, faculty, MSE
