Hossack Lab Group

We are pursuing molecular imaging using molecular targeted microbubble-based contrast agents and catheter-based ultrasound imaging and drug delivery. These two focus areas are funded by multi-year NIH RO1s. We are also pursuing projects in photoacoustics, ultrasound image guided radiation oncology (breast cancer applications primarily) and in the use of ultrasound for prevention of ischemia-reperfusion injury.
