Here are some things to know about UVA's and UVA Engineering's novel coronavirus response.
#HoosResilient: Students Don’t Let COVID-19 Dampen the Hackathon Excitement – It’s on with the show this weekend for organizers of UVA Engineering’s annual HooHacks hackathon. The event is happening online using slack and other platforms. The hackathon, a 24-hour UVA student tech event, begins on Saturday, March 28. Participants and the event’s many sponsors are invited to use #HoosResilient to post updates on social media. Good luck to all participants!
Another Virtual Event: UVERS – The University of Virginia Engineering Research Symposium, scheduled for Tuesday, April 7, and organized by the Graduate Engineering Student Council, will also take place virtually this year. Details, including an updated schedule, can be found here, and more information will be forthcoming.

FEAP is dedicated to helping people navigate through these uncharted waters by providing support, informative content, and the capacity to connect with one another. As part of that goal, we are offering a panel discussion featuring 3 FEAP consultants focusing on different areas of coping during these challenging times. We will look at positive strategies to help with overall resilience, elder caregiving and couples as we navigate this unprecedented time when how we live and work has been impacted dramatically.
