Cori Espelien
Cori Espelien is a PhD student at the University of Virginia Center for Applied Biomechanics. After receiving her B.S. in biomedical engineering from California Polytechnic State University, San Luis Obispo, Cori worked as a process engineer for a medical device company. In her PhD research, Cori is interested in automotive biomechanics, with a focus on neck flexion response for a range of occupants and impact severities.
