David Moreau

David Moreau graduated from Roanoke College with a BS in Physics in May of 2019. While at Roanoke, a severe lumbar spine injury halted his collegiate golfing career and propelled him to become interested in injury biomechanics. These interests led him to pursue a PhD in Mechanical and Aerospace Engineering at the University of Virginia’s Center for Applied Biomechanics. David is currently researching the lumbar spine in both experimental and computational means to help understand the root of injury to this region.
