Dean Jennifer L. West and a UVA Admissions representative will give a welcome address in the University’s historic Old Cabell Hall at 9 a.m.

Free parking will be available in the E3 lots adjacent to Scott Stadium. Signs will be posted indicating the designated parking areas. 

Dean Jennifer L. West's welcome will take place at 9 a.m. at Old Cabell Hall, a 10-minute walk from the E3 lots. We recommend arriving early to allow time to reach Old Cabell hall and ensure seating is available.

There may be fees or permitting requirements for other University parking areas.

Check-in tables will be located at both the McCormick Road and Whitehead Road entrances to the Engineering School. Please stop by when you arrive to check in and pick up an event guide. Our staff will be happy to answer your questions about the event!

Food trucks will be located in the E3 lot next to the Albert Small Building. Einstein’s Bagels in Rice Hall will also be open for the event. All orders must be placed using the GrubHub mobile app.
