The MOBLab was well represented at the Undergraduate Student Opportunities in Academic Research (USOAR) Research Symposium, with presentations by Hong Liang, Emma Wilt, Zach Bilmen, and Zijia Zeng. USOAR is a program that targets rising first-, second- and transfer undergraduate students who do not have previous significant experience in research with a paid research position funded by the Federal Work Study program and the Office of Undergraduate Research. Zach and Zijia collaborated on a poster “AR and Mobile Applications in Transportation Infrastructure: Civil Engineering enhanced with Modern Technology”. Emma presented at a podium session with her presentation titled “Damage Identification Using Motion Magnification Technologies”. Hong also presented at a podium session with his presentation titled “Digital Imaging and Photogrammetry in Creating Virtual Environments for Structural Health Monitoring”.
