Society of Women Engineers at UVA

Society of Women Engineers (SWE)

The Society of Women Engineers is a national professional organization that aims to support and promote women in achieving their full potential in engineering careers. At UVA, we strive to achieve this goal through professional development, youth outreach, and, most importantly, fostering a community of support! While our primary focus is on encouraging girls to explore engineering, we enthusiastically welcome anyone with a passion for the field to participate.
