Free parking is available in the E3 lots adjacent to Scott Stadium.
Parking will also be available in the Central Grounds Parking Garage for $1.50 per hour. There may be fees or permitting requirements for other University parking areas.
Check-in tables will be located at both the McCormick Road and Carl Smith Way entrances to the Engineering School. Please stop by when you arrive to check in and pick up an event guide. Our staff will be happy to answer your questions about the event!
Dean Jennifer L. West's welcome will take place at 11 a.m. at Old Cabell Hall, a 10-minute walk from the E3 lots. We recommend arriving early to allow time to reach Old Cabell hall and ensure seating is available.

Food trucks will be located in the E3 lot next to the Albert Small Building. All orders must be placed using the GrubHub mobile app.

Experiential Learning Opportunities
As a UVA Engineer, you'll have the opportunity to explore experiential learning through dozens of clubs, teams and organizations. Experiential learning opportunities allow students to participate in hands-on design, build, and competition teams that span multiple engineering disciplines and give them real-world experience in applying knowledge to solve problems. Join us at Open House to meet members of experiential learning teams, see demonstrations, and learn how experiential learning enriches the UVA Engineering undergraduate experience.
