Mr. Willams teaches an undergraduate course which explores and defines the intersection of engineering, especially mechanical engineering, and business using the Harvard Business School case method.
He received his B.S. in mechanical engineering at UVA as a Rodman Scholar and then an MBA at Harvard Business School, where he was class co-president and then a member of their Alumni Board. He went on to be one of UVA's most successful entrepreneurs by co-founding Risk Cooperative and in 2018.
