Pat Kelly is a financial and operations executive with a track record of effectively managing all financial aspects of companies in the technology and travel industries.

After graduating with a computer science degree from the University of Virginia, Pat worked as a software engineer for three years and then attended Carnegie Mellon University to acquire an MBA with a concentration in finance. Pat spent a decade developing finance and management skills in a variety of positions at American Airlines, and then went on to serve as CFO for three technology companies including The Sabre Group, Trilogy Software, and Vignette.

After the successful sale of Vignette to the strategic buyer OpenText, Pat started his own interim executive consulting firm, where he served as interim CFO and CEO of mid-size and large companies including Express Jet, Panera Bread, Hawker Beechcraft, Vast.com, Workfront, and Businessolver.com.

Pat’s public company board experience includes membership on Audit, Governance, and Compensation Committees. Pat is a skilled talent manager with a reputation for recruiting, retaining, and developing high-performing employees.

Pat and his wife, Susie, divide their time between Austin, TX and Wintergreen, VA.
