About
I serve as Professor of Practice at the University of Virginia and the Virginia Transportation Research Council to strengthen and build our impact in state and national transportation conversations and initiatives. Additionally, I strive to advance transportation project management knowledge sharing through AASHTO, speaking engagements, and writing. Previously I worked in consulting and government, most recently as the Director of VDOT's Project Management Office responsible for providing technical and project management expertise and support for all preliminary engineering projects in VDOT's Six-Year Improvement Plan.
