National Society of Black Engineers
The mission of the National Society of Black Engineers (NSBE) is "to increase the number of culturally responsible Black Engineers who excel academically, succeed professionally and positively impact the community." NSBE builds leaders both inside and outside of school. Our programs fall under some of the following categories: Academic Excellence, Pre-College Initiative, and Community Outreach.
Out in STEM
Out in STEM (oSTEM) is a national LGBTQ affirming organization that aims to provide services and support for students in science, technology, engineering, and mathematics and to create a dynamic network among students and professionals in industry and academia.
Society of Asian Scientists and Engineers
The mission of the Society of Asian Scientist and Engineers (SASE) is to prepare Asian heritage students for success, promote diversity and tolerance, and provide career potential opportunities. In addition to professional development, SASE also encourages members to contribute to the enhancement of the communities in which they live.

Society of Women Engineers
The Society of Women Engineers (SWE) is a national nonprofit organization which strives to empower women as leaders in engineering and technology. It is a professional, social, service network connecting women engineers across the world.
Women in Chemical Engineering
The primary purpose of Women in Chemical Engineering (WChE) organization is to educate, empower, and advocate for women in chemical engineering by providing an open space for dialogue, mentorship, collaboration, camaraderie, and skill-building through professional development, community networking, and outreach to primary, secondary, and post-secondary institutions. WChE is open to all genders and encourages active engagement with other underrepresented minority groups such as WICS, NSBE, SWE, and oSTEM.
Women in Computing Sciences
Women in Computing Sciences (WiCS) supports, celebrates, and encourages the growing community of women in computing. WiCS aims to raise awareness of issues faced by women in technology, in addition to inspiring women to explore educational and professional opportunities in the field through mentorship and service.
