Julien joined the Kelly lab in July 2014, after working in the Experimental Nuclear Cardiology and Molecular Imaging Lab at UVA.

Jessica Hung

Ph.D. Candidate
Jessica completed her undergraduate degree at the University of Washinton, Bioengineering. While at UVA, she is focusing on an in vivo phage screening for biomarkers at early-stage PDAC.

Samantha Perez

Ph.D. Candidate
Samantha graduated from Duke University with a B.S.E. in biomedical engineering. Her project focuses on characterizing cell-surface plectin in ovarian cancer.

Graduate Students

Potential grad students may apply through the DEPARTMENT OF BIOMEDICAL ENGINEERING PHD PROGRAM and the MEDICAL SCIENTIST TRAINING PROGRAM.

Undergraduate Students

We welcome students from all departments of the University. We prefer students to be in their 2nd year, who are willing to commit at least 10 hours per week and plan to remain in the lab until their graduation.
