Kang Yan
Ph.D. candidate
Kang Yan is a Ph.D. student at the Department of Biomedical Engineering at the University of Virginia. Previously, he received his B.S. and M.S. degrees at the Department of Biomedical Engineering at Xidian University and Shanghai Jiao Tong University, respectively. His current research focuses on non-Cartesian scanning and MRI guidance of focused ultrasound surgery. Outside of academia, he enjoys traveling, reading, watching movies, hiking, swimming, and snowboarding. #GoWahoo!
