This info session will break down the technology behind our success - from perception and planning to control, optimization, and vehicle dynamics. Learn what it takes to be part of the team!

Are you ready to push the boundaries of Robotics and AI - 100% throttle, 0% margin for error?

UVA's Cavalier Autonomous Racing, led by Professor Madhur Behl, is the first-ever American team to win the Indy Autonomous Challenge. We hold the world record for the fastest autonomous lap at the Indianapolis Motor Speedway. Our Indy racecar is fully autonomous, and we compete on some of the most legendary tracks, including Indianapolis Motor Speedway, Texas Motor Speedway, and Las Vegas Motor Speedway. Check out our record-breaking run here: [https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=Kgh5gMFhFYE ]

Now, we’re looking for the next generation of crew members to take on an even bigger challenge.

After mastering oval tracks, we’re now stepping up to head-to-head racing on road courses - including a race at the Formula One circuit in Monza, Italy. This is your chance to be part of this exciting journey.
