The Link Lab Student Flash Talks overarching goal is to present the breadth of research happening at Link Lab and familiarize as much of our portfolio as we can to Link Lab and its partners.  The Flash Talks are for PhD students that have not previously presented to Link Lab in one of each of the many areas, Smart Cities, Smart & Connected Health, Robotics & Autonomous Systems, Hardware for IOT, and Other.

The seminar is designed with several goals in mind. Providing everyone a chance to interact outside of the regular research groups as well as with our Link Lab partners to learn more about the various work in the Lab. It offers students with an open forum to discuss their research amongst Link Lab colleagues and find interesting intersections to drive learning and collaboration, the overarching goals of Link Lab. As well as provide an opportunity to practice presenting research to colleagues and faculty alike.

Most talks last approximately 2 minutes, with time allotted at the end for comments and questions afterward.
