The Engineering Student Council invites you to UVA Engineering Double Take, part of a university-wide community storytelling event.
Double Take focuses on "Stories that Make You Think Twice" and highlights personal stories and experiences from UVA students, faculty, and staff.
UVA Engineering's Double Take event will be held Thursday, March 20 in Rice Hall 130 from 6:00-8:00 p.m. Light bites, refreshments, and charcuterie will be served at the event.
This year's speakers have started their own companies to provide clean drinking water in underserved countries, lived across the world, and created their own non-profit organizations to increase sustainability on Grounds. They will also discuss the importance of mentorship and everyday challenges faced by members of the UVA Engineering community.
