    A small satellite designed and built by University of Virginia students is set to blast off from Virginia’s Eastern Shore on Wednesday afternoon. At 4:46 p.m., the Libertas CubeSat will be launched from the Wallops Flight Facility and will travel on a rocket to the International Space Station.

    After celebrating a big win in basketball, some students at UVA are preparing for another party as the satellites they designed are launched into space.
