Registration is now open for the 2025 Roadway Management Conference, scheduled for October 27–29, 2025, at the Ashore Resort in Ocean City, Maryland.

The Roadway Management Conference brings together hundreds of transportation professionals from across the region. The event provides a platform for public works practitioners to engage with experts, learn from peers, explore vendor exhibits, and observe hands-on equipment demonstrations relevant to local and state roadway agencies. The conference is tailored for those who manage, design, construct, and maintain public roadways at the state, county, and municipal levels.

The agenda will feature a broad range of topics that address both current and emerging transportation challenges. Sessions will cover areas such as stormwater management, full-depth reclamation, chainsaw safety, federal funding for local agencies, electric and autonomous vehicles, personal delivery devices, drones, winter maintenance, and workforce development. A draft agenda will be made available in the coming weeks.

The early registration fee is $225 through August 1, after which the standard rate of $300 will apply. Vendor registration is available at a rate of $950, which includes one participant. Additional vendor attendees may register for $225 each. Cancellations before October 1, 2025, will incur a $25 processing fee. No refunds will be issued after that date.

Lodging is available at the Ashore Resort for registered conference attendees at a rate starting at $99 per night, plus taxes and fees. Reservations booked under this rate without a corresponding conference registration will be subject to cancellation. Reservations may be canceled up to 72 hours before arrival without penalty.
