We host a series of social and networking including academic and professional seminars throughout the year!

Summer

  • We arranged the GESC election for the new academic year! Congratulations to the new committee!
  • GESC hosted the Summer Picnic on May at the Darden Courtyard!

Spring

  • GESC hosted the Annual University of Virginia Engineering Research Symposium (UVERS).
  • We hosted a workshop for Navigating Life as an International Trainee at Work and in Learning Spaces.
  • We hosted a Spring Picnic on March at the Darden Courtyard!

Fall

  • GESC hosted a BBQ Party on December at the Darden Courtyard!
  • We arranged a Coffee Break with the International Graduate Students on November at the Darden Courtyard!
  • We organized the UVA Grad Council Halloween Party at Firefly in October
  • We hosted a social mixer for students to network and get acquainted at the Crozet Pizza on September.
