Jay received the 1st place award at the IEEE Microwave Week 3 minute thesis competition! Congrates Jay! Microwave Week is the co-location (in non-pandemic years) of 3 top conferences in the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society: the International Microwave Symposium (IMS), the Radio Frequency Integrated Circuit Conference (RFIC) and the ARFTG Conference. Now in its fourth year at Microwave Week, the Three Minute Thesis (3MT®) Competition is designed for eligible students and young professionals, who make a presentation of three minutes or less, supported only by one static slide, in a language appropriate to a non-specialist audience. The 26 finalists for the competition were selected based on their conference paper submissions across all 3 conferences. Jay's RFIC paper is titled: "A Differential Digital 4-Way Doherty Power Amplifier with 48% Peak Drain Efficiency for Low Power Applications”.
