Steven Bowers Receives IEEE Microwave Prize
Professor Steven M. Bowers was awarded the 2015 Microwave Prize for the most significant contribution by a published paper in 2015 to the field of interest of the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society.Professor Steven M. Bowers was awarded the 2015 Microwave Prize for the most significant contribution by a published paper in 2015 to the field of interest of the IEEE Microwave Theory and Techniques Society. This prize is awarded to him for his work on self-healing integrated circuits. The paper is entitled “Integrated Self-Healing for mm-Wave Power Amplifiers”.

Pouyan Bassirian's paper titled "Analysis of Quadratic Dickson Based Envelope Detectors for IoE Sensor Node Applications" is accepted for presentation in the International Microwave Symposium 2017.
