About Ann:
I have always been a risk taker: from braving a foreign community as an immigrant at ten years old, to taking my first computer science class, to reaching the top of a rock climbing wall without ropes. I hope to continue to this bravery streak after graduation where I will be working in the contracting space as a software engineer.
Outside of the classroom, I love to read, to play violin in the Cavalier Orchestras, to volunteer with ESOL students at Buford Middle School, in Hospice, and in the hospital. I am trying to teach myself piano, building muscles with rock-climbing, and always looking for new hobbies to explore.

How Ann achieved success this year:
The support of my friends and family made this year much more bearable and they were tremendous in keeping me accountable for my responsibilities and on track with my goals.
