Rotational and leadership programs are competitive programs offered by multiple large companies that rotate new full-time hires through different roles in engineering, data science, business, or additional functions for 6 months or more to help you try out different roles and see what fits best for you. The main goal of these programs is to aid in early career growth and exploration.
