FOM Login Issues (Problems and Solutions)

 

  1. Can't get the Google Authenticator or Passwords FOM-Vast Token generators to read QR code?
    • Download 2FAS Authenticator and try with this. (Iphone with iOS18)

       

  2. FOM hangs during login (screen gray and frozen)?
    • Clear cache in browser (Firefox instructions here)
